Fundraising

Do you know a business owner? Are you a business owner yourself? If you answered this question, then this may be a perfect fundraiser for you. Businesses can do a sponsorship and get advertising out to hundreds of families. Their sponsorship will get them on our t-shirt that we hand out to all of our Epic players. Additionally, with the deluxe sponsorship, they will get a social media blast to our social media pages, as well as they will have their logo listed on our 4 websites with a direct link to their business. The best part is a large percentage of each sponsorship goes directly to your child's dues! See below for the handouts that you can give to a business owner, as well as explanations of the fundraiser.

Important: All sponsorships need to be received by Jan. 31, 2026 in order for the business to appear on our t-shirts that we give out for this season.

The raffle ticket fundraiser is the only mandatory fundraiser that Epic has. Each player pays $50 for 50 raffle tickets. They sell them for $5 each and they profit $200 that they can use towards their club fees. There are great prizes which makes it easy to sell these.
