Open Gyms will start on Wed, May 20 at Epic Training Center from 7-9 PM. Open gyms will happen weekly on Wednesdays from 7-9 PM, other than on June 3 & June 17 there will be no open gym).
All participants will need to have a waiver signed online for 2026
